Hello,

I use Automate for a lot of email processing, almost all of which involves stripping various format attachments and converting them (using a different program currently) to a .Tiff.

I'm loving that there are conversion capabilities in AM10 but I keep getting the error "Image Failed: out of Memory" when I try to convert PDF's to Tiffs. Below is the only step currently, and if I change my file to a JPG, the step converts it just fine. Is there something different I need to do to convert these PDF's?

I attached the task, but for testing, I'm only using line 5. FYI I'm using win 7 pro 32bit.

Thanks for any help!

Jason

Hi Jason,

Unfortunately it is not possible to convert a .pdf file. You will only be able to convert bmp, png, gif, jpeg and tiff.

I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

That's too bad, I was really under the impression (and crossing my fingers and hoping) PDFs were included since under the action properties window, when you select a source file, PDF is an option for a source file.
Thanks for your help Ricardo
