Workflow attached.  Task that converts yyyymmdd format to yyyymm01 format fails because SPECIFIEDDATETIME is not in a valid format.yyyymmdd is a valid format for BPA 9.This is a duplicate post as I do not see my prior post in the forum.

That is for sure a bug, because the formatted value displays nicely in the GUI.
