All,
I'm looking for a text editor where I can edit blocks of data (instead of lines). Back in the DOS days I used a program called Q-Edit, anyone know of a freeware like version for Windows? Thanks! Bryon ------------------------- Bryon
AM 6.2
Windows XP Pro |

Bryon,
I have used UltraEdit for a quite a while. This is a full featured windows based editor that handles most anything you can throw at it. Get it at www.ultraedit.com Thanks, Dwight Dwight Clevenger AM 6.01 Win 2000 |

UltaEdit is the very best; but; it's not free.

We didn't get into UltraEdit as much as we did TextPad.
We LOVE TextPad here. But I suppose they are probably both about the same. But alas, also not free. ------------------------- Jeff Easton Network Automation, Inc Edited: 07/11/2005 at 12:57 PM by Jeff Easton |
