We had to disable TLS 1 for security reasons and now using the Get Messages action  I can no longer connect to our exchange 2016 server. I get error:

Email failed (Error : The request failed. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.)

I have it setup with protocol EWS (Exchange 2007 & newer, Online) as it has been set.

Exchange server is set for HTTPS and when I put in the server address and click discover it can not discover it.

Is there a way to force it to use TLS 1.2?

Thansk

Hi FusonChristopher,

Are you receiving an error message when you click discover, and if so what is it?

Hi,

What was the outcome of this thread?

I am experiencing the same error:

(Error : The request failed. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.)

While trying to send message.

Hello,

We were not able to resolve this issue, would it be possible to email AutoMate.Support@helpsystems.com with your request. We will then be able to troubleshoot this issue with you.

We are experiencing the same error when disabling TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. Could you let me know what the fix was?

Hi,
we had an issue with connection to FTPS server, who was forced to use TLS 1.2 and some strict ciphers. Nothing worked for use until I installed trial of Automate 10.7.0.3. (we had 10.2 before)
I tested functionality and performed update of existing Automate servers. There is no way to get trial link unless you ask for it from support.
P.S. in version 11 it was also working fine.
P.P.S. if you have a free VM you can give it a try and rollback it from snapshot after you are done with Automate 10.7 testing.
