Not sure if this option is available anywhere yet, but here is the problem:
We have a scheduled task to run at 2pm every single day. When the computer is turned on in the morning, the task runs perfectly (because the computer is already on). If the computer isn't already turned on at the scheduled time, the task hangs half way through because it is programmed to open an excel document, do some functions (which cause dialog boxes to open) and close it.

Hello,
We do not have a feature to delay the running of the steps until everything is fully loaded. We do have an existing feature request that would cover this. In the meanwhile, you can create a scheduled task to run a few minutes before 2pm that is set to logon interactively. The task can have no steps or be set to lock the machine. This will allow the system to be fully loaded for the 2pm task.
