Hi, we have been using BPA with Windows servers for some time and now adding LINUX servers to our infrastructure. We installed BPA agent on the Linux machines and are able to see them connected in the SMC. However when we run any workflow\process using these process agents, it hangs. The process continues to show in "initializing" state and there is no activity on Linux server indicating any recognition of process start. Looking for ideas to debug the issue from others who are using BPA with Linux\Unix.
Thanks!

Hello,
Please try the following. 1. Stop the Process agent 2. Stop the Management then Execution Service 3. Start the Execution Service 4. Start the Management Service 5. Start the Process Agent and any other Agents Let us know your results.
