Using AM 10.5.0.56 and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 - 11.0.5343.0 (X64), I can only create a working database trigger if the SQL user I put in the trigger has either control permissions on the database or is the owner (implying control) of the database. What are the minimum permissions required for a user to be able to be used for triggering? I tried a user with all explicit permissions on the database except control, and it still can't create the procs, service or queues needed, even if I "GRANT SUBSCRIBE QUERY NOTIFICATIONS TO test_trigger" (where "test_trigger" is the database principal). Is it possible to use a limited permissions user to trigger a task? If so, how?
Thanks, Scott

BTW - when I tried giving everything except control, I get the following in the event log (note the user name was "test_trigger", not "owner":
Database failed : Cannot find the user 'owner', because it does not exist or you do not have permission. Cannot find the queue 'SqlQueryNotificationService-219b3b7c-a4ab-4afd-97c6-a2fbeeed385b', because it does not exist or you do not have permission. Invalid object name 'SqlQueryNotificationService-219b3b7c-a4ab-4afd-97c6-a2fbeeed385b'.

Hello,
Would it be possible to set-up a GoToAssist session where we can take a closer look at this issue? If this is possible please send an email over to AutoMate.Support@helpsystems.com with a list of your availability. Note: Please reference this forum thread in your email.

Just an FYI http://forums.networkautomatio...atid=73&threadid=13388 in case you need more for your setup.
The DB has to be able to send messages: ALTER DATABASE yourDatabaseNameHere SET ENABLE_BROKER; Also include schema name with table name
