Trying to set up an AutoMate database trigger that monitors an Oracle database that is hosted on another server.
I'm getting this error... ORA-12504: TNS:listener was not given the SERVICE_NAME in CONNECT_DATA Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi Harley,
Did you grant permission to the user using the following statement: GRANT CHANGE NOTIFICATION TO user name? Are the proper Oracle ODP and connector drivers installed on the agent machine that is monitoring Oracle?
