I'm trying to process incoming email to an Exchange 2013 mailbox from Automate 10. There may be instances where there are inline attachments, but when I select "Save attachment(s) in folder", they don't extract unless there's a true attachment. I am connecting to this via an EWS session.
Here's a header from an email with just an inline graphic attached: Content-Type:application/ms-tnef Content-Transfer-Encoding:binary Subject:Create new ticket Thread-Topic:Create new ticket Thread-Index:AdO2K89DpSD+Imm8TRiNharxhMG79A== Date:Wed, 7 Mar 2018 10:49:15 -0500 Message-ID:<A02BF767E9968A4A8B2B7266CDE6A95301A2C16A54@emailserver> Accept-Language:en-US Content-Language:en-US X-MS-Has-Attach:yes X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SCL:-1 X-MS-TNEF-Correlator:<A02BF767E9968A4A8B2B7266CDE6A95301A2C16A54@emailserver> MIME-Version:1.0 X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AuthSource:emailserver X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AuthAs:Internal X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AuthMechanism:04 X-Originating-IP:[10.1.72.16] X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AVStamp-Mailbox:SYMANTEC;644219072;0;info And from another email with an inline graphic and an actual attachment: Content-Type:application/ms-tnef Content-Transfer-Encoding:binary Subject:New ticket with attachments Thread-Topic:New ticket with attachments Thread-Index:AdO27HbrO/nesTMHQOOBYjwN9y+G0Q== Date:Thu, 8 Mar 2018 09:48:23 -0500 Message-ID:<A02BF767E9968A4A8B2B7266CDE6A95301A741F1E4@emailserver> Accept-Language:en-US Content-Language:en-US X-MS-Has-Attach:yes X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SCL:-1 X-MS-TNEF-Correlator:<A02BF767E9968A4A8B2B7266CDE6A95301A741F1E4@emailserver> MIME-Version:1.0 X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AuthSource:emailserver X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AuthAs:Internal X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AuthMechanism:04 X-Originating-IP:[10.1.72.16] X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AVStamp-Mailbox:SYMANTEC;644284480;0;info There's nothing in the headers that appear to be different. Both flag "X-MS-Has-Attach: yes".

Hello Patrick,
Unfortunately there is no way to accomplish your request using the email actions. You may be able to work around it by using interactivity actions (move mouse, right click, send keystrokes to save). We will add a feature request on your behalf so this type of functionality is implemented into future versions of the software. We will update this thread with more information on the feature request ASAP.
