Suppose there's a blank and I want to insert "12%" (not including the quotation marks).

If I input 12 directly with number such as "12%%", the system works well.

But if 12 is replaced by a variable, say "var". The expression "%var%%%" failed to pass the compiling and always got the feedback " Expression evaluation failed: ". Even if I tried "%var{%}%" or "%var & "%"%".

Note: All expressions above not including the quotation marks.

Hello Wenyi,

If you would like to pass "12%" as a variable, then you would create your variable "var" with the value of "12%%". You then simply reference the variable as per usual: %var%.

If you run the code below, you will notice the dialog box will display "12%" based on the logic mentioned.

Thank you, Alex. It works.

As a extension, how to make it in a loop activity? Such as start from 1% to 100% with step 1%.

Hello Wenyi,

So you are trying to loop 1 to 100? or are you looking for 1%? Is it possible to post your steps as you have them setup to get a better understanding of your goal?

thank you.
