Good afternoon,

We have the following problem:

We use the "File system" schedule to start some of our WorkFlows, but after a few days we are having difficulties with this procedure, the file arrives in the directory defined for reception, but Workflow does not start and the following items have been checked:
- in the Event Viewer it is stated that the folder is being monitored by Automate.
- When restarting the machine, the schedules restart for a period of time (between 1 and 2 hours), but then reappear the same problem.
- We tried to change the directory that we use for monitoring, changing from a folder on the network to a local folder, but the error persisted.

We look forward to a return of what we can do to address this problem.

Thank you very much in advance

Hello,

Would it be possible to set-up a GoToAssist session where we can take a closer look at this issue? If this is possible please send an email over to AutoMate.Support@helpsystems.com with a list of your availability.

Note: Please reference this forum thread in your email.

Good afternoon, Ricardo.

Because it is a banking environment we can not grant remote access, what we can do is give you what data you need and I talk to the information control staff to send you this information.

Hello,

Are the folders being monitored on the network or are they local?

If they are on a network share are you using the Full UNC path or are you using a drive letter? Please make sure that you are using the Full UNC path. You will also need to make sure a user with access is setup within the Trigger field as well.

Hello,

We use it with a path in the network, but to test we try to use a local path, but it has the same error.

We use Full UNC path and the user has permission on the network, so much so that as soon as we restart the machine this schedule works for about 2 hours and only then stops working.

Hello Felipe,

Can you verify which version of Automate 10 you are running?
