Hello Luke,

The way that AutoMate "finds" an interactive session is by determining where the "event monitor" is. And the event monitor can only be assigned to one user profile at a time.

If you open your windows task manager, you can find the event monitor for looking for the AMEM.exe process. You will see it is assigned to one user. If you are trying to run tasks under your profile, then the event monitor must be assigned to your profile. If it is assigned to a different user, or a disconnected user, then that is why you are getting the error. Have them log out and it will be assigned to the next available user (you).
