I am getting the following emailed error message. "Could not connect to server".
This is very inconsistent. It connects at certain times and doesn't connect at certain times. There's no pattern to it. I try connecting through File Zilla and get the same message, no other information. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

Thanks,

Windows Server: 2012 R2

Hello Heather,

Unfortunately if it is occurring outside of AutoMate as well (Filezilla) then this would indicate there is either some kind of connection problem or the FTP server itself may be experiencing issues.

At this point it is best to contact the FTP server admin and speak to them about the situation so they may possibly troubleshoot on their end to find out what may be occurring.

The connection is now working in Filezilla consistently. However, I'm still getting the error in automate.
It will work for several runs, then suddenly decide not to work for the next two runs. Then it will work again on it's own. Doesn't really make any sense.

Never mind. We think their server is down between this time and I am adding a trigger to not run during this time frame.
Thank you
